Richard. I’m not one to make comments but your “obsession” with cook books was hard to resist. I thought there was something wrong with me because I have so many cook books I’ve got some in storage! Also I’m notorious for the cut out and keep, so lots.of folders with recipes cut/pulled from wherever. Good to know I’m “normal”? My first time in Love the Kitchen but will visit again.

The way I look at it – we are either the mad ones.. or the normal ones – either way, I cannot tell which ;o) I should definitely retake the photo of the bookshelves- if anything it has grown over the years.
One thing I cannot complain about is inspiration. Time, on the other hand… ;o) Happy recipe collecting (and cooking!). Richard.

Hi Richard,
Just wanted to let you know I’ve just made your black onion & sesame seed bread recipe this morning and it’s wonderful!
On a mission (it’s been a year, it’s slow going I clearly have too many!) to use up all the ‘old’ herbs and spices I just don’t use enough in the cupboards and black onion seeds was this weeks winning ingredient!
I’ll now be trying the rest of your recipes!
